Chicken Tikka Masala is made of all boneless white meat, marinated with chef’s special blend of spices and yogurt. The chicken pieces are then baked in a tandoor oven over low heat to give it a smoky and a slightly charred flavor. It is than cooked in a delicious creamy onion and tomato based sauce until cooked.

The popularity of the dish has since broadened and it is served in many Indian, Nepalese, Pakistani and Bangladeshi restaurants around the world, including India. It is also claimed that it is a variation of the dish that was enjoyed by the Mugul emperors of ancient times. |
