Chicken biryani is prepared by frying onions, ginger, tomatoes and garlic. Then tender pieces of chicken along with Himalayan Restaurant special biryani masala, are added and cooked. The biryani masala provides a spicy flavor. Finally, steamed basmati rice is added and mixed thoroughly.
