We joined the annual Taste of Park Ridge food festival again in 2025 — Thursday, July 10 through Saturday, July 12 — serving Nepalese and Indian favorites to festival crowds.
What we served
- Spinach & Cheese Dumplings — Nepalese dumplings filled with spinach and cheese, seasoned with Nepali spices
- Chicken Dumplings — our classic Nepalese chicken momo
- Chicken Tikka Masala & Peas Pulav Combo — marinated chicken, grilled and sautéed in a creamy onion-tomato sauce, with peas-and-carrot basmati rice
- Vegetable Korma & Peas Pulav Combo — mixed vegetables in our chef’s special masala sauce, with peas-and-carrot basmati rice
- Vegetable Samosa — crispy pastry stuffed with potatoes and green peas
- Kulfi — traditional Indian ice cream
